Mypeepal Technology Founder's Journey
Mypeepal Technology (www.mypeepal.com) was incorporated on November 7, 2012, which is also my birthdate.
In 2012, I contemplated forming a consulting company after my ex-husband, Chandan Mishra, called me and requested that I develop apps for Samsung. This led to the creation of Mypeepal Technology, originally established to develop Java apps for the Samsung Java portal. My co-founder, Pankaj Sharma, along with Chandan's colleague Ganish's wife, Ruchika Batra, was appointed as a director in the firm.
However, both Pankaj and Chandan eventually resigned, citing the overwhelming work pressure from their positions at Tech Mahindra. They were unable to balance the demands of Mypeepal and their jobs at Tech Mahindra.
Before leaving, Pankaj removed the app server address, causing all the apps to stop functioning. They took all the money from the company and distributed it among themselves, leaving the company account empty before handing it over to me.
Ruchika, who was running a parallel company with another employee from Tech Mahindra focused on video content, also resigned and left the company.
Within a year of Mypeepal's incorporation, I became the sole founder.
After I developed all the apps, Ganish Bahl and Ruchika Batra attempted to undermine me. They were seeking to take over Mypeepal's apps after closing their own company.
Monetisation was conducted via a WAP portal, which means that 70% of the revenue from Mypeepal's apps belongs to me, while 30% belongs to them.
I have successfully completed many projects, with my latest one being with Anakage Bots Company.
